We organize courses in programming, data analysis, web development, and many more. The duration and intensity of our courses vary - anything between one evening up to four months. We offer courses for students of different levels of advancement - from complete beginner level to more advanced. We provide motivation, education and guidance to women who want to start their dream job in the industry.
We connect women with partner companies that welcome diversity in their work place. With IT knowledge, you can get a new job, improve your current one or start your own project.
It is not yet in our capacity to develop courses in Ukrainian, so we decided to make some spots available in our educational programs which are held in Czech and free of charge, giving you maximum support to start your IT career.

The academy is the first step toward a career change. In the fall semester of 2022, you can gain data analysis or testing knowledge, which you will practice on your own project. You'll also get career guidance, soft-skills training, connections to partner companies, and a chance to glimpse into their work and company culture. A long-term course that will give you all the skills you need to become a certified Salesforce Administrator and enter the job market in this position. The course includes inspiring viewpoints from the Salesforce community, introductions to the parties involved, and career advice. Previous experience with the Salesforce platform is not required. The lecture uses course materials that are in English as English is essential when working with Salesforce.

Increase or extend the digital skills that you can use in non-IT fields such as finance, marketing, etc. These are semester-long courses that are held in Czech and that take place online. An Ukrainian or Russian-speaking coach will be present at these selected courses to help you in case you get lost.
As part of our support, you will receive free course participation as well as any class prerequisites.
Data is all around us, so come learn how to use it. You'll know what data analytics actually is, where it's used in practice and how you can use it in your current profession. You'll learn to work with data models and databases, use SQL and visualize data in Microsoft Power BI. This course won't make you a data analyst, but it will teach you how to work effectively with data.
This course is suitable for complete beginners.

A modern website can be fun, playful, and full of little surprises. In this course, you'll create a resume page, an e-commerce page, a homepage for a mobile app, a travel site, a cooking blog article, and more. We will keep in mind to make the page suitable for mobile phones and or tablets.
